- One kilogram of onion
- One small ginger root, peeled (sliced is good)
- One liter of water
- 400 grams of honey
Here are the steps to make this lung-cleansing drink:
1.Boil 1 liter of water with prepared honey added on it.
2.While boiling, add the sliced onion and ginger root.
3.When the new mixture boiled, add the turmeric and lower the heat of burner
