  • Baking Soda – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Hydrogen Peroxide – ½ cup
  • Cold Water – 1 cup
  • Warm Water – ½ cup
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpick

Steps:

  1. Mix the baking soda and salt in a small part of warm water.
  2. Using the toothbrush, spread a generous amount of the mixture to the teeth. Spit afterwards.
  3. Repeat the procedure.
  4. After that, combine hydrogen peroxide and the remaining warm water.
  5. Rinse your mouth using this mixture.
  6. Lastly, use the toothpick to take away tartar in between your teeth.
  7. Rinse your mouth with cold water.
  8. Repeat the procedure twice a week.
